Revilitizing Nonprofit Education and Monetization through Innovation and Empathy.

I worked with a religious nonprofit, enduring a significant reconstruction. A part of the reconstruction was finding new ways to monetize their courses.

The management faced challenges in utilizing disparate tools because of the absence of a centralized learning platform. Their course content, spanning 6-12 weeks, was text-only with minimal activities, limiting user engagement and potential value.

This is where my expertise came into play, with the vision to transform these courses into holistic, engaging, and profitable offerings. I upgraded the content by adding captivating visuals, interactive activities, and introspective reflection questions into the course content. I also researched and selected a learning platform with marketing and sales features. With these upgrades, the nonprofit increased the prices for their courses and significantly reduced the effort required to maintain and manage them.
